Find and Place Qualified Tenants

Our objective is to make your home viewable to as many qualified renters as possible. Through our experienced team of leasing agents and diligent application process, we can evaluate tenant’s rental history, credit, employment information and other factors for approval. This process gives your investment less vacancy and increases your overall return on investment quicker.

Preventative Maintenance and Repair

We have an in house licensed and certified maintenance supervisor for HVAC, make ready processes and other minor service requests. We only call-in third-party contractors when needed and approval is always confirmed before invoicing.

No Long Term Contracts

Our property management agreement is always month-to-month. You can cancel the agreement at any time without being penalized. Please note, we want you to be happy, but if you are not, we understand the need to move on. Sunshine has never lost a client, and we plan to keep it that way.
